2026 ANNUAL MEETING
Grand Canyon Regional Ophthalmology Conference
Join colleagues from across Arizona for ASEPS flagship continuing medical education event, the Grand Canyon Regional Ophthalmology Conference. The 2026 meeting will be held June 5–7, 2026, at the High Country Conference Center in Flagstaff, Arizona, featuring clinical updates, surgical pearls, and opportunities to connect with exhibitors and sponsors.

ASEPS membership is open to ophthalmologists and ophthalmology trainees who live or practice in Arizona and provide medical and surgical eye care.
Eligible categories include Active members (practicing ophthalmologists), Early Career Active members (within the first two years of practice), Retired members, and Academic members such as medical students, residents, and fellows. -
Attendance at the Grand Canyon Regional Ophthalmology Conference is open to all current ASEPS members who have paid their annual dues. This includes both active and retired members, who may participate at no additional cost. Academic members, which include medical students, residents and fellows, are also welcomed to attend the conference free of charge as part of ASEPS’s commitment to supporting the next generation of ophthalmologists.

Members gain access to statewide advocacy that protects the practice of ophthalmology and patient safety at the Arizona Legislature.

ASEPS provides multiple membership options to support members at every stage of their career: $600 for Active members, $250 for Early Career Active members in their first two years of practice, and $100 for Retired members. Annual dues include complimentary attendance at the annual meeting, allowing all members to participate without additional fees.
Academic members: medical students, residents, and fellows, receive complimentary membership and a reduced $25 rate to attend the annual meeting, ensuring early, affordable access to Arizona’s ophthalmology network. -
Prospective members will need to complete a short application requesting practice and training details as well as submit a CV and letter of recommendation from an active member.
Existing members can update their information through a simple online form.
